We would like to recognize and thank the Radford University College of Business & Economics department for their outstanding presentations and creativity in developing a collegiate competition to help market and promote UZURV.
With reservations and referrals at the core, this competition is meant to encourage creative marketing strategies to influence the reach, growth and awareness of UZURV. We would also like to personally thank Dr. Gary Schirr for his support and dedication to promoting the UZURV name.
- Each team participating in this competition will be tasked with creating a unique, engaging brand strategy that incorporates the “perfect trifecta” of advertising, promotion, and marketing techniques to maximize reservations and referrals in the UZURV app.
- The collegiate campaign will last one semester long, approximately 7 weeks in duration. Complete with midway check-ins with UZURV headquarters, each team will create and share content that is meaningful, enhances awareness and usage of the UZURV app. Targeting 3 specified markets, points will be awarded based on how many reservations and referrals are created using a personalized collegiate code.
We greatly appreciate all of the hard work that went into the making of UZURV’s first ever Collegiate Competition, beginning early 2018. As a company, we are looking forward to introducing an opportunity for students to showcase their abilities of running an effective marketing campaign in a real world, hands-on experience.
