Book with the UZURV Call Center
Call to schedule your rides at 612-473-4115. You will need the following:
- Your Metro Mobility Paratransit On Demand ID (POD) number (see instructions for ID number requirements)
- Pick-up and drop-off dates, times, and addresses
- Number of riders
- Credit or debit card information
Call Center hours
- Monday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. CT
- Saturday, 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. CT
- Sunday & Holidays, 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. CT
