What is UZURV?
- Door-to-door ambulatory or Wheelchair Access Vehicle (WAV) service
- Private, non-stop service to anywhere within Chesterfield County. Out-of-county service is available for work and medical trips.
- WAV drivers are knowledgeable in disability sensitivity, CPR, and First Aid
How do I find out if I’m eligible?
Service is available to all county residents registered with Chesterfield County Mobility Services.

How to Book a UZURV Ride
Please have the following information available when making your reservation:
- Mobility Services ID number (on your Mobility ID card)
- Pickup day, time, and address
- Destination address
- Whether you will be using a mobility aid
- Number of people you will be traveling with (personal care attendant, guests, children)
- Debit/credit card information for payment

Ambulatory Service
Pre-scheduled or same day service is available. Same-day trips must be booked at least two hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Wheelchair Access Vehicle (WAV) Service
Pre-scheduled rides are available seven days a week and must be booked at least two days in advance.
How much does it cost?
A $6 copay is required for a one-way trip.
