Paratransit On Demand ID Number Requirements
Your Metro Mobility Paratransit On-Demand (POD) ID Number is based on your Metro Mobility ID number. To register the app with your POD ID Number or to use it for the Call Center, please follow these instructions:
- Your POD ID Number has 7 digits and begins with the number 8.
- If your Metro Mobility ID has 6 digits, simply add an 8 in front to create your POD ID number. If it has only four or five digits, add enough zeros after the 8 to create a 7-digit ID number. For example:
- ID number 123456 becomes 8123456
- ID number 1234 becomes 8001234
- If you still have difficulty, contact Metro Mobility at 651-602-1111 or metromobility@metc.state.mn.us.

Common questions about UZURV

UZURV provides accessible, door-to-door transportation with drivers who complete background checks, drug and alcohol testing, and disability sensitivity awareness standards. UZURV drivers are respectful and ready to provide passenger assistance to and from the vehicle.
Eligible Metro Mobility riders can book rides on the UZURV platform anytime using our free, accessible Ride app or by calling the UZURV Call Center at 612-473-4115.

Book with the UZURV Call Center
Call to schedule your rides at 612-473-4115. You will need the following:
- Your Metro Mobility POD ID number (go here for instructions)
- Pick-up and drop-off dates, times, and addresses
- Number of riders
- Credit or debit card information
Call Center hours
- Monday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. CT
- Saturday, 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. CT
- Sunday & Holidays, 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. CT
Travel anywhere within the Metro Mobility service area, excluding airports.
Rides are available during Metro Mobility’s hours of service by community. Visit Metro Mobility’s website to see hours of service for your area.
Eligible Metro Mobility riders receive up to $20 per ride. You are responsible for a $5 base fare and any remaining balance if your ride costs more than a total of $25.
When you book, UZURV will provide an estimate of what you will pay out of pocket ($5 base fare + mileage rate).
Please note: Depending on actual miles and minutes of the ride, you may pay less than the estimate, but will never pay more.
You may bring up to two guests free of charge.
You may cancel a ride up to 60 minutes in advance of the scheduled pick-up time by using the Ride app or through the Call Center at 612-473-4115.
If you need to cancel within the one-hour window, you must contact the UZURV Call Center at 612-473-4115. Riders will incur a $5 fee for canceling less than 60 minutes before a scheduled ride or failing to show up for a scheduled ride. View the Rider Policy page for more details.
