UZURV provides accessible, door-to-door transportation with drivers who complete background checks, drug and alcohol testing, and disability sensitivity awareness standards. UZURV drivers are respectful and ready to provide passenger assistance to and from the vehicle.
Complete the UZURV sign-up form here. Then, visit the Pace Rideshare Access Program website to check your eligibility and enroll.
You MUST enroll through Chicago Pace and choose UZURV to join!
Pace will let UZURV know when your enrollment application is approved. This can take up to 14 days. Once approved, we will send you an email to get you started with the program.
IMPORTANT: You will need: your ADA Paratransit ID number, it starts with the letter “P”, and cell phone number and email address that is registered with RTA. You can find your ID number on your RTA Paratransit ID card
Travel anywhere within the Pace ADA service area, excluding airports.
Rides are available Monday through Sunday, 4:30 a.m. – 11:59 p.m. CT.
Eligible Chicago Pace Riders receive up to $28 per ride. You’ll be responsible for a $2 minimum copay and any remaining balance if your ride costs more than the $28 contribution.
When you book, UZURV will provide an estimate of what you will pay out of pocket ($2 copay + overages).
Please note: Depending on actual miles and minutes of the ride, you may pay less than the estimate, but will never pay more.
Personal Care Attendants, children, and guests ride free.
You will incur a $10 fee for canceling less than 2 hours before a scheduled ride or failing to show up for a scheduled ride. View the Rider Policy page for more details.
If you’re eligible, and we have confirmed your enrollment, you can start taking rides.
