Palm Tran Connection and UZURV are providing Ride app access to a small group of riders as a pilot program. With the UZURV Ride app, eligible riders can choose UZURV as their paratransit provider, enabling easier and more convenient access to UZURV’s door-to-door service.

Your fare amount and high-quality UZURV service remain the same.

The main difference is that you can now choose UZURV as your primary paratransit service provider for rides with Palm Tran. That means you can schedule a ride with UZURV where you want and when you want.

You’ll also get access to the UZURV Ride app with convenient ride scheduling, management, and tracking tools.

And now, you can pay fares by credit or debit card at the time of booking. Please note, cash and tickets are not accepted at this time for rides scheduled with the app.

That is completely fine. You will still be able to enjoy UZURV’s service as you currently do through Palm Tran Connection.

UZURV Ride is an ADA-Accessible, WCAG 2.1 AA Certified app that allows you to easily schedule, track, and manage your UZURV rides all in one place.

With the UZURV Ride app, you can….

• Book rides and schedule in advance. Plus, get price estimates before you book.
• See pickup and drop-off arrival times for every ride in real-time.
• Pay fares conveniently with a credit or debit card.
• Access live support by phone or email. Gain more flexibility by booking round trips, setting your favorite pickup & drop-off locations, and updating reservations – all in the app.

No. While the app provides a lot of convenience and extra features — like more scheduling options and live ride tracking — you can still book rides by phone through the call center. Just call the UZURV Call Center at (561) 576-8616 during the hours listed above.

Before you begin, make sure you have your Palm Tran Rider ID Number and the email address associated with your Palm Tran account.

1. Download the Ride app on either your iPhone or Android phone.
2. Tap Sign Up on the app’s home screen to create an account and follow the steps to enter your profile information.
3. Check your inbox for a message from UZURV asking to verify your email address.
4. Open the app to continue setting up your account and start scheduling rides.

No. The UZURV Ride app is free to download and use. However, UZURV rides in Palm Tran have a fare of $3.50 per rider which you’ll pay through the app at time of booking.

You can cancel scheduled rides easily in the Ride app or the UZURV Call Center at (561) 576-8616 during the hours listed above.
