PACE New Driver Checklist

Welcome to UZURV! Let’s get you started driving!

Complete each item below. When each item is complete, you may open your app and express interest in rides.

Two quick reminders:

Rides are added to the Driver Feed daily between noon and 5 p.m. CT. Chicago PACE withdraws all rides left in the Feed at 5:00 p.m.
If you need help during a ride, call UZURV Operations through your app.

PACE Driver Materials

Download these temporary Driver materials so you can start driving now.

- Chicago Tax Emblem
- UZURV trade dress
- PACE placard (THE LINK BELOW DOES NOT INCLUDE THE PLACARD)
- “311/No Smoking” notice (ARE DRIVERS STILL DOING THIS? IT IS NOT ON THE HUB.)

These materials are required and you can access them at the button below.

IMPORTANT:

You must display these materials during all rides.
We mailed permanent materials to your address on record. They will arrive within two weeks.
When they arrive, replace your temporary materials with the permanent ones.

The City of Chicago requires Drivers to display a Chicago Tax Emblem on their dashboard when performing rides.

You will receive your permanent tax emblem by email.
Look for an email with the subject line: Receipt for EMBLEM Registration.
Print your Chicago Tax Emblem from the email and display it in your vehicle.
