What is UZURV?
UZURV is an ADA-accessible transportation company that provides safe, reliable, and affordable on-demand and pre-scheduled rides. All UZURV rides are provided in private vehicles with drivers that are FTA Drug and Alcohol tested, certified in CPR & First-Aid, and trained in ADA compliance, defensive driving, and door-to-door service.

What is UZURV Ride?
UZURV Ride is an ADA-Accessible, WCAG 2.1 AA Certified app that allows you to easily schedule, track, and manage your UZURV rides all in one place.
Do I qualilfy to use the ride app?
Rider eligibility varies by your region. For eligibility requirements to ride with UZURV, contact your local transit service provider or visit uzurv.com/ride to learn more..

Do I need to use the Ride app to Ride with UZURV?
No. While the app provides a lot of convenience and extra features like more scheduling options and real-time ride tracking, you can still book rides by phone with your transit provider. Please contact your transit provider for more information or email ridersupport@uzurv.com.
How do I create an account?
The Ride app registration process is easy. Before you begin, make sure you have the Customer ID Number provided by your local transit provider.
- Download the Ride app on either your iPhone or Android phone.
- Tap Sign Up on the app’s home screen to create an account. Be sure to use the Customer ID Number given to you by your transit provider.
How do I get a customer ID number?
Contact your local transit provider to see if UZURV is offered in your area and if you are eligible to ride. If UZURV is offered and you are eligible, your provider will give you a Customer ID Number to use with the app.
Is there a fee to use the app?
No. The UZURV Ride app is free to download. However, UZURV rides may have a fare set by the sponsoring agency. Check with your local transit provider for more information or visit uzurv.com/ride.
My ride app isn't working. What should I do?
If you are having difficulty scheduling or canceling a ride, contact Rider Support at 866-898-7836 or ridersupport@uzurv.com.
