How to schedule your Arlington Fingerprint Appointment
Arlington Transit requires all drivers to get fingerprinted. This page will walk you through the steps to schedule your appointment through the Fieldprint website.

You have 10 days from the time you received your first notice to complete your fingerprint requirement. Please arrive at your scheduled appointment on time. We will only reschedule once.
Click ‘Start Now’ to open the Fieldprint website in a new tab and follow the steps below.

1. Click the Schedule Appointment button and then click to Sign Up.


2. Scroll down and click I Agree to the E-SIGN Act Disclosure and Consent (“Consent Agreement”).

3. Create and verify your account.
- Enter your email address. Use the same email address you used when signing up for UZURV.
- Enter your information. Keep your username and password handy. You will need them later.
- Click Continue.
- On the next page, verify your account.


4. Log in and then verify your login.


5. Enter this Fieldprint code: FPArlingtonCountyDES, then click Continue.
IMPORTANT: You must enter the code FPArlingtonCountyDES exactly as it appears, using the same large and small letters. Instead of typing, you may copy the code and paste it into the Fieldprint form shown.

6. Enter information for the next several pages.
- Enter your personal and demographic information
- Agree to disclosures and privacy statements

7. Next, type your location and click Find.

8. Scroll down and select your desired location and click Find Availability.

9. Select a date and time for your appointment then click Continue.
Remember, you have 10 days from the time you received your notice to get fingerprinted. Make sure you choose a date that is within 10 days.

10. Review your appointment date and time, then click Finish Scheduling to schedule your appointment.


WAIT! There’s one more important step.
11. Keep your Appointment number.
You’ll need to show this number when you arrive at your appointment. It can be found on the confirmation page and will be emailed to you by Fieldprint.

You must bring your appointment number and two acceptable forms of ID to your appointment
You can bring two forms of primary ID or one primary ID and one secondary ID from the lists below.
Acceptable forms of Primary ID:
- State-Issued driver’s license
- State-Issued non-driver identity
- U.S. Passport
- Military Identification Card
- Work Visa w/ Photo
- Foreign Passport
- DOD Common Access Card
- Foreign Driver’s License
Acceptable forms of Secondary ID:
- Bank Statement/Paycheck Stub
- Utility Bill
- Credit Card/Debit Card
- Marriage Certificate
- Birth Certificate
- School ID w/ Photograph
- Vehicle Registration/Title
- Voter Registration Card
- Draft Record
- Social Security Card
- Transportation Worker ID Credential (TWIC Card)
- Certificate of Citizenship
- Certificate of Naturalization
- Native American tribal document
- Permanent Resident Card (I-551)
I scheduled my appointment, what’s next?

- Make sure to attend your Fingerprinting appointment at your scheduled time.
- You will receive and email from UZURV asking whether you have completed your fingerprinting requirement. Please answer YES or NO.
IMPORTANT: If you have been fingerprinted, you must reply YES, or you cannot continue onboarding. If you do not answer this email or if you answer NO because you have not been fingerprinted, you cannot continue UZURV’s onboarding process.) - UZURV will notify you of your fingerprint background check results about 10 business days after your appointment.
