Onboarding Guide

The following guide will help you complete your required documents, vehicle and TNC inspections, and DOT physical exam. Be sure to read the instructions carefully and remember to upload all documents as soon as they are completed by visiting the Transit Programs tab in the UZURV Drive App on your mobile device. This will help prevent any delays in moving forward with onboarding.

How to upload documents to the Drive app

  1. Go to the Transit Programs tab in your Drive app.
  2. Tap on one of the program names in the list.
  3. Tap Documents to see a list of required documents.
  4. Tap Upload next to each and follow the prompts.

How to get your CPR & First Aid Certification

This program requires all drivers to have CPR and First Aid certification in order to provide the best service to our riders. You may already have these certifications so follow the steps below based on whichever statement applies best to you.

If you’re already certified in CPR and First Aid:

Take a picture of the printed certification and upload it to the Drive app by visiting the Transit Programs tab on your mobile device.

If you need to get CPR and First Aid certified:

  1. Complete the New Life CPR and First Aid Certification course Opens in new window. free of charge using the access code DRIVEUZURV. Once you finish your certification, check for an email from New Life CPR. The email will have a PDF version of your certification.
  2. Take a picture of the printed certification and upload it to the Drive app by visiting the Transit Programs tab on your mobile device.
