UZURV Services in Reno
UZURV offers private, door-to-door, supplemental service for eligible ADA paratransit riders who use RTC Access transportation program in Reno, NV. UZURV’s services are provided when RTC Access is unavailable.

How does UZURV work?
- UZURV provides direct, non-stop rides from carefully screened drivers who offer door-to-door service for every ride.
- You pay the same fare as RTC Access – $3 for riders who can use a standard vehicle. Guests may also ride for $3.
- Personal Care Attendants and children under 5 ride free. All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Wheelchair-accessible service is not available at this time.
- Riders may travel anywhere within RTC Washoe County’s service area, which includes portions of Reno, Sun Valley, and Sparks. See full service area.

How do I schedule a ride?
Eligible riders can book rides 1-3 days in advance. Call 775-348-5438 to schedule, change, or cancel a ride.

What information do I need when scheduling a ride?
Have this information available when you book your ride with RTC Access:
